Thank you for choosing to stay at Ty Beic. This information is intended to help make your stay as safe as possible and minimise any risk of exposure to and transmission of Covid-19

 

Before your arrival

Your cottage will be deep cleaned before your arrival. This will include cleaning and sanitising of high contact areas, bedding washed and ironed, soft furnishings steamed cleaned. 

Arrival

Please do not arrive before 3pm. I will send an e-mail the day before your arrival to check your arrival time and let you know how to gain access to your cottage.

 

During your stay

If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 please inform me immediately and return home to self-isolate according to current government guidance.  Seek medical help if you have acute symptoms.

There are hand sanitisers in the laundry and cottage.

Please maintain social distancing especially when using the firepit and bike wash area.

The folder in the cottage should contain all the information you need during your stay including how to operate the heating system, wi-fi code, local area information. If you need anything else please phone, text or facebook message.  I do live on the property but I need to minimise contact with guests as much as possible.

Before departure, please…

Open all the windows

Remove bedding and place it in the bag provided

Put general rubbish in the metal bin behind the laundry and recycling in the appropriate bins

Lock the door and post the keys through my letterbox

Departure is by 10am and it’s very important that you leave on time to give me enough time to prepare the cottage for the next guests and to leave a sufficient gap between stays.
