I am happy to accept mid week arrivals and short stays.  Arrival is from 3pm and departure by 10am.  If you want to arrive earlier or depart later please ask and I will do our best to accommodate you.

Prices are fully inclusive and include all services, bed linen and towels.  I do not charge supplements.

I do not ask for a security deposit, trusting that guests will treat the property as they would their own.  I do expect guests to pay in full for any substantial breakages or damage.  Vehicles and their contents and all personal belongings are left at owner’s risk.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.  For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.  Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque.  There are no bookings fees.  I also accept most major credit and debit cards.  Non European cards subject to a 3% fee to cover charges.

If you cancel your holiday 50 days or more before your stay I will refund your deposit.  If you have to cancel your holiday less than 50 days and more than 28 days before your stay and I am able to re-let the accommodation you will receive a refund less your deposit and any costs incurred processing the refund.  If you cancel less than 28 days then no refund will be payable.  You are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Both cottages are non smoking.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in the Stable (max 2).  No pets in the Barn.

The maximum occupancy in each cottage is two people.  Over 18s only please.

Maps and directions will be sent after receipt of final payment.
